RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
Hun-Nee Halo, LLC asks its users to be fair to us in return and not abuse these conditions.
Exchanges/refunds will be accepted up to 14 days from the date that the item was received. Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days.
Conditions for Return
Customer must have proof of damaged/undamaged item approval from CEO of damaged item, no missing or tampered products.
To complete your refund, Hun-Nee Halo requires a receipt or proof of payment.
Undamaged item approvals; everything must return as-is, no missing items or pieces of product, no tampered product.
The Customer must send the product back "As-is" with order information.
Hun-Nee Halo has an extra securance through its domain that obtains PCI/DSS complaint.
In the event the item(s) has successfully shipped from Hun-Nee Halo to the next phase, anything missing after that process would need to be contacted by the primary or current shipping/mail carrier (ex: UPS, FED-Ex, etc..)
In the event the item is returned to sender (Hun-Nee Halo) by default, Hun-Nee Halo can re-ship with approval proof of purchase.
You are aware that the process of shipping takes an average estimate of 2 – 3 days.
Hun-Nee Halo ships with UPS therefore shipping days will be as from Monday to Saturday.
You agree that any orders processed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day and there will be no weekend ship outs after 12 pm.
